It is with great sadness that we announce the closing of the McGrann Shea Carnival Straughn & Lamb, Chtd. Law Firm, effective April 30th, 2024.

The McGrann Shea Law Firm opened its doors in December, 1989. It was established originally by five lawyers who aspired to serve with the highest caliber of integrity in the zealous representation of our clients and in knowledge of the law. Led by Bill McGrann and Andy Shea, the firm quickly grew, and over the years, creative, compassionate, and highly effective representation was our hallmark. Offering a full range of legal services to institutional and individual clients for over 33 years, our professionals were accustomed to working in all jurisdictions, and often under public and media scrutiny. The firm recognized that exceptional representation required a thorough understanding of our clients’ needs and goals, and demonstrated this client-focused philosophy in practice. The firm strove for success for our clients through excellent representation.

The firm prided itself on its relationship-building and community service, and was committed to making our local communities and our state better places to live.  Our many successes through the years are reflected in the individuals and organizations we served, and in the very fabric of our community.
