Mr. Sobol has over 28 years of experience, specializing in complex dissolution issues involving large asset estates, as well as drafting and challenging antenuptial agreements, issues involving child custody, spousal maintenance and domestic abuse. Mr. Sobol has also successfully argued numerous family law matters in both the Minnesota Court of Appeals and Supreme Court. He also has expertise in international family law issues, and is a Fellow both of the American and International Academies of Matrimonial Lawyers. He has been regularly recognized by Super Lawyers. He has lectured on various domestic law topics and is also a trained mediator.
