Real Estate: The Firm handles a broad variety of real estate litigation, including landlord-tenant disputes, mechanic’s lien claims, construction disputes, condemnation, title defects, and property tax appeals.

Commercial Litigation: Our attorneys are experienced commercial litigators, handling breach of contract, employment disputes, business dissolutions, interference with business relationships, disputes over non-compete clauses, civil RICO, breach of fiduciary duty, franchise issues, shareholder issues, partnership disputes, and debt collection.

Public Bidding and Contract Disputes: Our litigators have extensive experience in the area of government contract law including representing companies and governmental entities in disputes arising out of Minnesota's public bidding laws.

Employment Law: Our attorneys represent entities and individuals in a wide variety of employment law matters, including private and public sector employers and employees. Our lawyers are experienced in claims for discrimination, government contract compliance, the Family Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, ERISA, HIPAA, and noncompetition and confidentiality agreements and related disputes.

Debtor/Creditor Remedies: The Firm has extensive experience representing creditors in the enforcement of rights and remedies under state and federal law. Our professionals also provide assistance to those who find themselves subject to actions for collection.

Appeals: Our lawyers regularly perform appellate work on behalf of clients and have extensive experience in federal and state courts as well as in reviewing administrative proceedings and handling appeals before various regulatory bodies.

Public Utilities: The Firm has extensive experience representing municipal utilities in service territory issues, including appellate litigation work, multiple administrative trials and appeals involving determining compensation for electric service territory acquisitions by municipal utilities, and condemnation matters for electric service territory acquisitions.
